I had a decent stay during my visit. The separate room for the kids worked well. The location was handy for a stopover, and it was clean enough for my needs. I appreciated the bath after a long drive.
I faced issues with the lack of hot water during my stay. When I raised it at checkout, I learned about the boiler problem but received no prior notice or compensation.

Couldn't recommend more for a quick stopover
Clean room, friendly staff, the free mini bottles of water and biscuits were a nice touch and the location is conveniently close to a train station.
Everything was just right.

Had a lovely stay here for a family wedding and really enjoyed the spacious room with a fantastic shower that actually had great pressure! The relaxing atmosphere by the pool and the cozy lounge were just what we needed after a busy day. I did notice some corners in the room weren't perfectly clean, but it didn't overshadow our trip at all. 😊

Solo traveler convenience
The ladies at the desk around 10pm are absolutely brilliant I was greeted with a smile and fast check in which is what you need after a long day the room was surprisingly clean and tidy too
It wasn't exactly a bargain but for the quality it was still acceptable

Staying with my mum and kids was made easier by the ample space in our room. The peaceful time we shared at Bearsted Golf Club was indeed a highlight, and being close to Mote Park added some cheerful outdoor fun.
My children wanted better soundproofing in the room to minimize noise from the traffic and neighbors. It would greatly enhance the experience for families.

Good location for road travelers, the room was spacious and had a comfortable double bed. Staff were friendly at both check-in and check-out, which was appreciated. the customer service could be improved. I felt a lack of warmth from the housekeeping staff towards some guests. Cleanliness was adequate but not exceptional, and I would expect better attention to such details.

Could be cleaner, but great staff!
The room was big enough and comfy, but it definitely had a musty smell and the bathroom wasn't clean, which was pretty gross. The check-in staff were super friendly though! There was a nice picnic area outside, so that was cool for a quick snack. Just wished it was quieter at night.
